The personal touch from Google

It’s my birthday today, and this was what greeted me when I logged in this morning- – a customised Google logo! Clicking on the logo redirected me through to my Google profile page (which is obviously where my date of birth is stored in the first place).  Thought it was a nice touch, but just shows that they can (and will) use the personal information stored for customisation of their interface, and mimics personal features found traditionally on social networks such as Facebook. Very cool.
